Hello all, I'm currently using windows 8 (have tried repeatedly to upgrade, but it keeps failing - but that's not my question!). Basically, I want to dig out a load of old games I've had for years and play them, but most simply won't run under the OS, even with compatability mode set as far back as it will go. As I still have my old Windows 98 disc, I was thinking of trying to set up a sort of alternative boot, either by partitioning my hard drive or adding a new one. Any and all tips and advice would be appreciated,as I really don't want to mess up my machine through ignorance, especially since I don't have the disc for windows 8, it was pre-installed. Thank you I did not find the right solution from the internet References : www.techist.com/forums/f9/bit-noob-partition-second-hdd-276060/3d scientific video
